Thomas Properties & Construction, founded in 1985 by Greg Thomas, has developed a reputation as a true custom home builder where the only limitation is in the mind of the customer. Having spent the last few years trying to combine the impeccable craftsmanship found in high-end housing with more affordable smaller structurers, he has created a specialty market that doesn't always follow the creed that bigger is necesarily better.

The focus of the company has always been about the quality of the home he builds and simply not the size. Greg believes that people can recognize something good when they see it. Because of this, he treats every Project equally.
Be it a 2,000 square-foot ranch or a 6,000 square-foot home with a theater room, the approach remains the same; listen to the customer, use the best materials available, maintain close contact throughout the entire project, and most importantly, give the customer what he or she wants.
We build every project as if we were building it for ourselves. Greg is a working contractor, not a salesman. His motto is "the bitterness of poor quality is long remembered after the sweetness of low price is forgotten".
